Terms of Service (Includes Refund & Return Policy)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DesignerSaif services. By purchasing or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms.

🔹 1. Service Overview

DesignerSaif offers custom branding, logo design, and related visual services. Features and deliverables depend on your selected plan.

🔹 2. Booking & Payment

• Full payment in advance for projects under ₹10,000
• 70% advance for larger projects
• Work begins after payment confirmation

🔹 3. Process & Revisions

• Clients are involved at all key steps
• Revisions are included as per package (additional revisions may incur a fee)
• No major changes allowed after final file delivery

🔹 4. Delivery

Files are shared via Google Drive/OneDrive or email

• Includes logos, variations, formats as promised
• Organized in labeled folders

🔹 5. Ownership & Rights

• You own 100% of the final design after full payment
• We retain the right to feature your project in our portfolio unless you opt out

🔹 6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, no refunds are offered once the project begins or files are delivered.

We ensure:

• Transparent communication
• Previews before finalization
• Reasonable revision support

If work is halted by you before concept development begins, we may refund partially at our discretion.

🔹 7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear instructions and timely feedback
• Respond to requests within project timelines

🔹 8. Timeline

Typical project durations:

• Logo: 2–10 working days

• Full branding: 10–15 days

  Delays caused by unresponsiveness may extend deadlines.

🔹 9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Trademark rejection (though we design trademark-safe logos)
• Business outcomes or revenue performance
• Loss of files after 60 days of delivery
